Exceptional hotel. Beautiful gardens, great breakfast, staff were great and awesome location.

Facilities and location are awesome!

We stayed in a family room. It was very noisy!! No sleeping in. Would look at a villa and staying in different room with family next time. No insulation for rooms obviously.

Amazing!!!

The restaurants and pool were amazing. The breakfast each morning was absolutely perfect.

1-while the resort has everything you need to enjoy, the rooms themselves are very outdated and in need of upgrade. Our bath had massive cracks in it. For the money you pay the rooms need to be of better condition 2- the staff were overall amazing however on New Years Eve the resort closed all restaurants due to new years event and did not consider or cater for the patrons who were not part of this. There was no where to eat out of the 3 meal venues on the resort and the staff were quite rude about it. The resort needs to consider all Patrons not just paying patrons and outside guests for this event only. The patrons still pay to be there 3- the room has a fridge but no mini bar option. This should be considered with drinks and snacks

The rooms are pretty poor for $350 per night. Very little room wardrobe space, no storage in the bathroom, it even a mini bar! For that price you expect so much more

Nice. Noisy. No blocking out morning sun. Great location

The location. The beach was great. Dont stay at Kuta Beach if you want a beach.

There wasnt any sound proofing with the rooms. And the curtains were a joke. Everything else was good.

Nice park and swimming pool

1) the hotel did not give us the check-in time as advertised, it should be 15:00 sharp, but the rooms were ready only around 15:30. Other hotels are able to give check in time from 14:00 and more cheaper but also 5 star hotel. 2) there was no shampoo and conditioner in bathroom. 3) the room was hot even with air conditioner on.
