Location is great. Near walking distance. Staff is good. Room are nice.

Cleaningness problems. No toiletries in bathroom. Bathroom washbasing is overflow but thay cant do anything. No room cleaning after a day. So pls do services and cleanings

Clean rooms, staff were great and very helpful. Close walk to everything. Good food and shopping close by.

Pool may have had too much chlorine. But everything else was great

Lovely stay in Balinese style accommodation, would stay again next time

very helpful staff, good breakfast, has no restaurant apart from breakfast but staff ordered in a takeaway for us for dinner, good size rooms overlooking the pool, clean and in traditional Balinese style. Close to the centre but once off the street its a different peaceful world

No tea making in the room but staff were happy to provide if asked Pool was out of action for more than a day for chlorination but that cant be helped

Cute Hotel Try It!

Everything. Great location, away from noise. Lovely little pool. Not crystal clear nevertheless we got wet. Nice breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous guesthouse

Clean and comfortable big rooms. Gorgeous complex with a lovely pool area. Breakfast included every morning was nice. Good location with restaurants and shops nearby. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Drink on arrival was great too. Good wifi. Cheap laundry service too.

Nothing really - it was great for the price. There are dogs around the property which could be a problem for others?

Scam

Bad treatment from the staff; they try to scam you. Out of the 2 nights I reserved, I wanted to cancel one (within the free refund period specified in their terms and conditions) but despite trying to contact them multiple times through different means, they ignored me. And more than 10 days later, just when the deadline for changes on Booking ended, they texted me to say that I could no longer cancel, and that it was non-refundable. After this, they ignored me again, both through chat and in person. I feel helpless; I can only warn people that this is a very unprofessional place. With so many good and affordable hotels in the area, there is no need to give money to these unprofessional individuals.

The staff was amazing! It's really a little oasis in Ubud. Restaurants and shops closeby. Great breakfast: you can choose in advance what you want. Thank you for having us.
