Great location, great accommodation and excellent service

Grate location, and spacious rooms, the staff were great as well, friendly and courteous

I lost my gold chain bracelet, cant blame the staff without proof but had a room service just before I lost it.

We like the location. 10 min to the airport by car and it was close to the center of kuta. Many restaurants, cafe, massage, spa and bike rental around the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly also. Ty.

Old hotel. There was an accident, ceramics wall dropped from level 6. But no one injured. We stay in level 1 deluxe room in the right wing of the hotel. We had to pass the restaurant and cooking room to reach our room, so it was a little bit dirty and noisy aisle.

Everything was great except for the airport transfer

We always stay at Aston Kuta on our first and last night in Bali. We love its location. It's close to the airport, the beach and the shopping on Kartika Plaza. The rooms are always clean, the breakfast is great and the staff are always friendly.

We are a family of 4 who travel with surfboards. We always have Aston Kuta pick us up and drop us off at the airport. We were annoyed that on this occasion, they insisted that we book 2 x cars for the airport pick-up. We have never been made to do this before. The size of our family and luggage has not changed. We could have easily fit into the one car. It was completely unnecessary and a waste of money. We will hire a private driver in future.

Superb layout for breakfast for all tastes. Pool good, nice little bar there. The rooms were large and well equiped. The staff were always friendly and trying to help.

not a problem with the Hotel but the traffic on a stupiod one way system made some journeys to and from the Hotel a nightmare.

Breakfast was great, pool was nice too

The water temperature for shower was not warm enough and the room Air Con was not cold enough, maybe need to check the AC, other than that everything was perfect.
