Overall everything went beyond my expectations. All staff were fantastic, especially Helen from reception and Shirleen from Depot restaurant who went above and beyond with service. Room was clean and tidy, and hotel is in a great location.

We have a pleasant stay at Aloft Beachwalk Kuta!

- Very comfortable bed - Location, it is very close to the Kuta Beach and Beachwalk Mall - Room is big enough, well maintained, very clean and tidy as well as toilet & shower room - Plenty of good quality hotels amenities - Big tv, refrigerator and iron table, all good - Very good staff at the reception, restaurant and housekeeping - Variety of good food for breakfast in the DEPOT Restaurant

A cool and comfortable stay in the heart of Kuta!

If youre staying in Kuta, the location of the hotel is great. The premises were very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating - smiles all around. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the hotels restaurant wasnt half bad! We particularly enjoyed the efficient AC and fantastic water pressure in the shower.

Getting to the hotel by foot is through a busy mall, but a taxi will take you straight to the front door. In addition the service was a bit inconsistent: most of the stuff we ordered was excellent and on time, but a few times we waited on service (room service deliveries and cleaning) for a while. However, none of the setbacks would stop us from booking here again!
