Above and beyond anything I've ever experienced

Everything! Absolutely amazing, I don't think any other hotel can top this one. Room service multi course dinner with private performance of live Balinese music was included in the room price. Also included was a 60 min massage, airport shuttle, local taxi service, full board, floating breakfast in the pool, and service that response immediately to bring stuff to the room

Friendly staff, people are all good and nice, for this amount of price the amenities and cleanness can be improved pleas

Staff are friendly, very good attitude and willing to make sure you are ok, like to provide help

The cleanness of amenities can be improved to newer ones, as I found stain on bed but staff came to change immediately even at 2AM. I also found lipstick on cups but staff always very helpful.

Exceptional stay!!

I had an outstanding stay at the hotel. The customer service, especially from Gusti, Yudian, and Manik at the front desk, was exceptional. The entire staff, including those in the restaurant, were incredibly polite. We even enjoyed a complimentary floating breakfast. The hotel's cleanliness exceeded expectations. I'm looking forward to returning next time!
