Excellent hotel and exceptional staff in lovely location with a fantastic infinity pool!

Everything! The hotel was fabulous, rooms large and very clean. The infinity pool with its view is fantastic. The hotel is conveniently positioned in a much quieter road off the main one and you can easily walk into town for sightseeing, eating and doing a couple of lovely local walks. But what really makes it is the staff, they truly are exceptional! The staff are so polite and helpful, they really make your stay a great experience. Special thanks to Ayra who really was so kind and helpful. Other staff, such as April in the restaurant and bar staff by the pool area.

Lovely room (at a price) and great staff

The room we originally booked was supposed to garden view but it faced a wall. The hotel upgraded us to a larger room which was garden facing for an increased rate

The fact that the original room faced a wall. The music at the pool was awful. Difficult to enjoy the lovely view

Great stay with large comfy rooms!

The stay is in a quiet part of Ubud but has a good number of amenities available nearby. The room was nice and large, with a comfy bed. The spa was great too! The restaurant (Pistachio) is an awesome one! One night, because of rain we were stuck at the hotel and decided to give it a shot and it was probably the best meal of our entire trip!

The breakfast offerings, while of a decent variety, isn't that great in quality. Twice, my omelette was underseasoned. Same with the potato sides. The location is a bit off from the big street with all the offerings, which is of course a positive. The problem is that to get to the street, it's around a 15 mins walk, which if it's raining heavily might be a bit unpleasant.

Amazing stay at Adiwana Bisma

Everything! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect; situated on a road adjacent to the main road but only a 10 minute walk or so to Monkey Forest and the central area shops and markets. There are a great selection of bars and restaurants within walkable distance of the hotel but the hotel itself was peacefully quiet. Can't thank the staff enough for an amazing stay. We would definitely stay at Adiwana Bisma again...definitely recommend!

The only minor complaint was the air-conditioning unit in the room didn't quite cool the room enough as it was still pretty warm... probably just me though!
