Overall the stuff were friendly, the hotel in general was very average not 5star

Breakfast variety was very average more choices was needed in hot bar section

The resort was stated 5 star but it didnt have 5 star quality

Will happily go back one day !!

Loved the whole place, super impressed, staff were amazing and attentive We had 2 rooms Best decision we made gave us more room and 2 toilets 3 adults 1 child Cocktails at Pool Bar great price and delicious Flame throwing men was a great night,along side pizza and pasta

Tiles were slippery . Anti slip mats would be a great investment! If you think of things like that bring your own

Disappointing

Good atmosphere everyone's happy and having fun good vibe cold room aircon fully stocked mini bar foods ok for the price staff are really nice

The walls are thin can hear the person next door and the floor above dragging chairs around day and night very annoying can hear people walking in the room on the floor above and people talking when they pass your room not great when you want to have a sleep and chill would be a great place to stay if could fix the problem

Kids Pool area, beautiful grounds & lobby decor was very festive. The main bed was comfortable. Close to airport. Friendly and attentive staff

The pool side menu is only served at lunchtime. Kids area closed at 6pm. Roll out bed is a blow-up mattress

Not at all what I expected for the price!

Good pool facilities but thats it

Have to pay for the Xbox room. Didnt have my room ready. Staff werent that friendly Or helpful. Didnt tell me anything about the property or map. for the price it was very lacking. Dont waste your money on the theme night dinners they were disappointing

Bathrooms needs to be upgraded. Cleaning staff need to clean rooms better. My son's bathroom had an empty shower gel for 3 days. Also, rag, he bathed with was there a few days put in the soap dish attached. I had to tell them to remove it . I got food poison from eating poached eggs. I had it the day before being prepared by someone else and was fine. The next day was not so lucky. Was in the hotel room for 2 full days. 2 days lost from my vacation.

The would be great for older kids who want to be in the pool all day.

The pools were nice, plenty of sun Lou gets for everyone. The breakfast was good and the staff really friendly. The kids club was good when there was availability.

The rooms were dated and the bathrooms a bit tired. The internet was very slow.

Disappointing family holiday

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The main bed was comfy.

Theres a lot of things you have to pay extra for which I didnt expect given the price we paid. Even for kids to play video games for a couple of hours you have to pay extra. If you want a cappuccino at breakfast you pay extra. For a 5 star hotel I found that surprising. The Kids club is supposed to be open 9am-6pm but it actually closes most of the day due to a predefined schedule of outdoor activities. Your kids have to join the schedule they cant just play inside - its not optional. So if its not suitable for your kid you dont have a kids club to go to for most of the day. The pool area is too much party and loud music. The breakfast is ok, not many healthy options, but otherwise the food is not great.
