The pools

The breakfast was boring. Never changed in 21 days. No change in pastries, fruit, cereal etc. The pool areas did not have enough shade eg umbrellas. The room we were in was full of light from the outside shining in. Not dark enough. Also very noisy from the bands.

Great location, near everything you could possibly need. We had a ground floor room with direct access to pool. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Onsite restaurant is great. Excellent entertainment every night.

Can hear neighbours in adjoining rooms. Didn't bother us however music from the Fat Buddha (onsite restaurant) is loud until about 11.30pm. if this was a concern for you I would request a room at the opposite end of the property.

Very good

absolutely wonderful stay - enjoyed the whole trip, breakfast and swim up bar.

helpful - polite staff - hotel at the end was fun -

sometimes the band was really loud and could not sleep as our room was right near hotel.

location was ok accommodation was very poor

Breakfast was ok but same every day and not much to choose from

our room was about 25meters from the restaurant we could not sleep because the noise from the loud music coming from the restaurant was defining late at night until about 12pm, the rooms were never cleaned properly and the bathroom and shower were filthy.

Had to move rooms 3 times. First 2 rooms, the air con wasnt working properly, sweating at night. Third room worked however seen a lot of dirty stains on the towels.

Relaxing & Enjoyable

Location was excellent, Food was really good & Cocktails were cheap and delicious. Swimming pools were really nice and the best of all No Kids.

Our first night room was a double bed for my friend and I when I had told them 2 beds, months before our travel. So that was a little disappointing. Had to pack and move rooms the next day.
