What's Good: My two cousins and I had a great five day Kerala tour, the five star hotels were excellent, each with their own character. And the activities were interesting and even challenging (Read More)(hiking in Munnar) but all worth it. Highlights include the food, the Kerala Kettuvallam houseboat, and seeing a wild Elephant in Munnar with a great and informative guide.

We had a delightful tour from 1st to 6th March 2024 with Sulekha Tours. Anjoj the coordinator was very responsive and helpful. We were particularly impressed with Mr Aman, our guide at Jaipur, who despite his youth was very knowledgeable and engaging and thoughtful. Anoj has organised our tour to Delhi, Rishikesh, Harithwar with Golden Traigle then To Kerala very well . He has customised our need to go smoothly. We had to make last minute adjustments to previous (Read More) itinerary due to other couple needs in Kerala and Mr Anoj Verma was extremely helpful in dropping us at different locations even after completing the tour. He was extremely taking care of us both during and after tour till be back homebooking new flights and changing ousightseeing. He also personally met us at the airport and facilitated transfers to our hotel in Delhi. Our guides for both cities and driver for the trip were also very helpful and always punctual. Conveyance arranged was also comfortable. We found Sulekha tours to be a good fit for our traveling party of 6 and would definitely recommend them. All hotels were 4+ star rated and the guides are well knowledgeable and very fluent in English. They have provided well history of each places before we entered into the monuments. The drivers are also very pleasant and very punctual and went with us without any complaints. I will recommend Sulekha Tours for anyone who wants customised tour wherever is needed.

Great weekend in Delhi/Agra

I had one weekend in Delhi, coming from London, before heading to Bangalore for work, and found Sulekha via TripCrafters. They were the first to reply, had a great proposal for the itinerary, and a v (Read More)ery fair price. I was a little nervous about trusting a company without being able to find much about them, but I was very happy in the end. I'd had other offers from other companies but stuck with Sulekha. I was met in Delhi by Anoj and helped with my luggage, which could be stored in the car in the end (saving left-baggage costs I'd expected). Then we picked up the Delhi guide and went round the main sights. My guide helped with understanding the history and layout of the city and each of the sights, and also gave me some time to explore on my own which was valuable to me, and acted as photographer when necessary. All very good humoured and entertaining. I almost skipped the Chandi Chowk rickshaw as felt it might be a bit 'touristy' but so glad I did it - really atmospheric bustling streets I'd have otherwise missed. We also stopped in a shop where it was the expected hard-sell on some things, but I was happy to buy some gifts even if the prices were higher than you might get elsewhere (I don't actually know), as I was limited on time so happy to pay extra for convenience. That night I went to Agra with the same driver and slept off some of the jetlag. Next morning I met the next tour guide, to go to Taj Mahal for sunrise. Really great guide again, very knowledgeable but good-humoured, and gave me time to explore on my own which is really needed here. Then took me to the other sights such as the fort. There was also a stop-off to see marble inlay art and the inevitable hard-sell again, but again I was happy to spend a bit more and be able to bring back for my wife a piece of the Taj Mahal's art. Downsides? I guess the only thing you could say would be the hard-sell shops, but then (as already said) I actually did want to buy some things and didn't mind paying over the odds which I'm sure I did despite a bit of bargaining. Others with tighter funds or more time available might prefer to spend more time seeing sights and less time being sold stuff, but then on the times I did say to my guide I wasn't interested in a shop he'd proposed, the subject was dropped and we moved on swiftly, so if you're honest about what you do/don't want it should be fine. Upsides? Good price, really good communication in the build-up (almost instant replies at all times of days to my questions), all staff and guides friendly...can't really think of anything that could have been better for me - was very happy after having been a little nervous before arriving.

Thank you Anoj from Sulekha Tours for all your correspondence and organisation in making our 5 night Golden Triangle Tour so FANTASTIC. My husband and I wanted a 5 night tour with a private driver. E (Read More)verything was organised to the last detail. We received emails throughout the whole process from booking six months ago to starting our tour. We received an email with contact numbers of our driver and representatives if we had any problems a few days prior to our tour starting which was great. We were met, as advised, by a representative at Jaipur and met our driver for the whole tour. The guides at the three locations - Jaipur, Agra and Delhi were all very knowledgeable and thorough. Our driver Ravindra was excellent. At no time during all the traffic in India did we feel unsafe or that he was driving too fast. He was wonderful. We were also met by a representative at each hotel to make sure our check in process went smoothly. Honestly could not ask for more. They went beyond my expectations!

Thank you Anoj for an amazing experience in India! Everything was organised from the minute we got there. It was nearly midnight and Anoj came to meet us at the Airport and explained everything to us (Read More)at the hotel. We had our own driver the whole time in an air conditioned car. Guides met us each morning and taught us the history of each town we visited. We wanted to do a cooking class and Anoj invited us into his home where he had organised a traditional Indian meal with his lovely wife and children. We couldn't have asked for anything more. It shows how much Anoj cares for his clients as he would check in every now and then to make sure everything was in order. I would definitely use this company again. 100%

We have done a long trip and everything was organized perfectly. Tourist guide per city, private driver in good cars with A/C and good hotels with many services available as WiFi laundry and swimmin (Read More)g pool. a memorable holiday

With Sulekha Tours we (my husband, my 18 years old son and myself) booked 8 nights at an all-inclusive resort in Maldives and then a 13 nights itinerary in South India with a chaffeur-driven car. The (Read More) resort was wonderful, finally we decided to select it from the shortlisted 4 resorts suggested by Sulekha Tours. Also the transfer and the service provided were excellent. The itinerary in India was absolutely unforgettable: the hotels were all excellent and with great facilities (restaurant, pool, spa...); the driver drove us safely and smoothly through more than 1000 km and very particular road and traffic conditions. In most of the sites a guide was present to show and explain us the places. This enabled us to learn a lot about Indian culture and religion and even get in contact with people. Sulekha Tours assisted us throughout our whole stay to ensure any issue would be taken care of promptly. In fact, some change to our Kerala itinerary was arranged by Sulekha Tours as we were there during the August 2018 flooding emergency. Everyone took care of our safety and wellbeing and this was fundamental to make our holiday just perfect.

We highly recommend Sulekha tours for your India trip!From the minute we got of the plane in Jaipur they were there to greet us and looked after us every minute till they dropped us off again in Delhi (Read More) at the airport. They have the most knowledgeable guides in every city. Their service is 7 Star, in Jaipur they booked the restaurant for my birthday dinner and also brought me a bunch of red roses to the restaurant as a surprise! We had a fabulous driver who took us from Jaipur to Ranthambore to Agra to Delhi, he looked after us. All the hotels they booked us into was 5 star hotels. We would definitely go back due to Sulekha tours and Anoj who made sure we had a perfect trip! Anoj communicated with us from the moment we booked till after we returned from our trip! Best trip of my life.

We were so lucky to find Sulekha Tours to plan out this entire Tour of North India and South India for my mom, Linda and I. Every detail was thought through, all logistics were taken care of. Withou (Read More)t any wrinkles, we were toured through 18 major metropolitans and multiple minor towns using airplanes, Trains, Vans, Boats, Elephants, Camels... The staff was not only friendly and courteous, but also very knowledgeable. Sulekha's staff took care of all our needs during our trip that lasted way over a month. Whenever and wherever, we needed an exception, it was done without any issue. All the hotels they chose were marvelous, including Trident, Taj, Oberoi, Marriott, Hilton. We are very pleased with Mr Anoj Verma starting from receiving us personally at the airport until the drop off back to the airport. The entire tour planning was well followed and timing wise did not c (Read More)ause any delays. We enjoyed the stay at Vasant Continental in Delhi. Hotels in Agra and Jaipur were average. We would have preferred some other options. Itenary could have been adjusted to provide more shopping time in Jaipur. We had the best driver for the entire trip. He was very pleasant to talk to. Delhi and Agra guides were very knowledgeable and well spoken. Jaipur guide was just okay. On the whole it was a pleasant experience and we will not hesitate to use Anoj's services again.

It was our first trip to India and we decided to go for the Golden Triangle tour including Ranthambore. Mr Anoj Varma was our point of contact and he was very responsive and professional to my mes (Read More)sages. He was contactable at any time and tried his best to meet our requirement. He even made the effort to come and meet us in Delhi. The accommodation was good although a bit far from the centre. Our driver, Mr Harpinder Singh was extremely accommodating and made our trip very pleasant and enjoyable. Overall our tour guides were very good however the Delhi guide was extremely unprofessional and did not seem interested in our needs whatsoever. This was raised with Mr Varma who assured me this guide won’t be used again for future clients.

This Tour required really more than 3 days as the traffic in the roads and (Read More)Delhi doesn't help so if you really want to has a reasonable look at Delhi and New Delhi you need or or 3 2 more days. I would consider arranging any future trips with Suleka Tours

We went for Golden Triangle trip with Sulekha Tours, I highly appreciate the way trip was organized. Mr. Anoj delivered the service as per the agreed terms and conditions. I have to say special thanks (Read More) to Mr. Kailash our driver for the entire trip. Actual plan for 6 Adults with 2 Kids decided to hire a Tempo traveller, Before the day of departure from chennai, two of my elderly family members were not able to join the trip and I have informed Mr. Anoj about my situation, he immediately made some quick arrangements and changed the vehicle to Innova (much comfortable for 4 adults and 2 Kids) and also he returned the difference amount. I really appreciate for the alternate arrangements he made within short notice. It was a great service offered by him and finally a word about Chokki Dhani dinner was excellent and thanks Mr. Anoj for the complimentary dinner. Trip: 8days/ 7 Nights (3 days Delhi, 3 Days Jaipur, 1 Day Agra via Mathura) Recommend to offer service from Sulekha Tours. Next time I am planning for another trip with Sulekha. Went on a 6 days tour with 1 day to Agra, 2 days in Jaipur and 2 days in Delhi. From the start, Anoj was really professional and initiative when I first booked the tour (only booked it 1-2 weeks befor (Read More)e) and made changes I requested really efficiently. When there was a lack of hotel rooms for Agra, he upgraded our hotels for free (all the hotels were great)! Driver Anil assigned to us was also really polite and professional every day. Guides for the 3 different areas were quite different in terms of level of enthusiasm, but overall they were really nice guides and very approachable. However, a minor issue was that during some days where we have finished our site seeings and had free time in the evening, we are not able to engage the service of the driver as they do not provide the service during evenings. Overall, I would definitely recommend Sulekha tours and we enjoyed ourselves very much throughout the tour:)

Was planning a trip to India through TripCrafters when Sulekha Tours offered me a 6-day/5-night "Golden Triangle" itinerary (Delhi, Agra, Jaipur). As a first-time traveler to India, I was keen on maki (Read More)ng sure I planned everything in advance so that nothing would go wrong. Was traveling with my mother, and was keen that everything would go smoothly. Although do-it-yourself in India is possible, provided you have the time, patience and energy, we found it expedient to go for a customized tour where everything-the hotels, transport, tour guides in different locations, would be coordinated. I found Sulekha Tours (Mr. Anoj) to be communicative and when I requested a few alterations in the itinerary, Sulekha sent me a revised itinerary with an updated price quote within the hour. Booking required paying 25% online, which was done via PayPal, which is of course a trusted payment platform, no problems there. The rest would be paid on arrival in India. Between reserving and the actual trip, I would email with several queries related to weather, road transport and so on, and Mr. Anoj always replied promptly and addressed my queries sufficiently. On arrival in Delhi, we were met by Mr. Anoj himself, who escorted us to our hotel for check-in. At the hotel he delivered the finalized itinerary with the contact details of the tour guides who would show us Delhi, Jaipur, and Agra. Our three guides in the city were provided by local travel agencies, and do not work for Sulekha Tours directly, but were all great. Sulekha provided us with a car and driver, Mr. Gopal in a Toyota Innova. Initially we had a Toyota Etios (a basic sedan) but the upgrade to the Innova was well worth the money given the long distances. Mr. Gopal was friendly and polite and provided us with amusing anecdotes and information about life in India. Car was spotless and clean each day of our trip. Checking in and out in each city, a representative from Sulekha or the local travel agency would be on hand to make sure everything went smoothly. Sulekha Tours had organized a standard Golden Triangle itinerary, making sure we take in all the major monuments. Mr. Anoj had suggested we include Samode Palace on our way to Jaipur which I highly recommend as it is an incredible place to visit. Sulekha is able to accommodate first-time travelers to India who want an "introduction." That being said, travelers who want to see something specific, or wish to suggest alterations can do so, and will be accommodated. My recommendation would be to try and include some heritage hotels to stay at. ITC has properties all over India, I would recommend staying in at least one. Overall, high recommended, and hope to use them again for future trips to India.

Excellent 3 week tour of Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Mumbai and Goa

The trip itinerary was finalised with input from Anoj and was perfect for our memorable 3 week vacation.The 5 of us (wife, sister her husband and wifes mother and I) arrived in Delhi, were personally (Read More)greeted by Anoj and our excellent driver VJ. Anoj and his tour guides looked after us every step of the way with an exceptional personal service. We were picked up at our excellent hotels by our driver and tour guides and taken on tours of the best sites in Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Mumbai and Goa. The service and guiding was excellent and a special thanks goes to Saurabh Delhi, Imran Agra, Lavejeet Jaipur, Vijay Mumbai, Vishal Bollywood, Abu Goa and our favourite driver VJ whose driving in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur, friendship and help made our trip even more memorable. We flew between Jaipur, Mumbai,Goa and back to Delhi and was met at each stage, taken to our hotel, checked in and given our following days itinerary. The highlight of the tour for me was the Elephant ride to the Amber Fort in Jaipur - not to be missed! We were looked after every step of the way and Anoj was checking with his people to ensure we were happy and that my wifes mother (at golden age) was fine and receiving special attention. We all had a wonderful and memorable experience and I would not hesitate in recommending Sulekha Tours and Anoj look after your tour of India.

Exceptional Private tour in Northern India

My wife, sister in law and myself contracted the services of Sulekha tours for our first trip to India. We crafted the trip together with Anoj Verma during a period of 4 months. We arrived from Nepa (Read More)l to Varanasi, then to Khajuraho, Agra, Orchha, Jaipur, Pushkar, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Aurangabad and Delhi. In Varanasi we were welcomed by Anchal Sharma our exceptional guide both as a person and a professional. From Varanasi onwards she took care of us concerning every possible detail (chauffeurs, hotels, guided tours, shopping, dining, etc). She spoke perfect spanish, had a profound knowledge of history, places, monuments, customs, flora, fauna, food, etc that allowed us to understand Indian civilization past and present. We flew and drove between the different destinations and every move was seamlessly. The schedules and itineraries were perfectly completed and the pace was perfect. Anchal also helped us with our shopping, taking us to exceptional outlets which offered clothing, jewelry, handmade goods, etc, getting the best deals possible and qualities. When we returned to Delhi we were received by Anoj, who was eager to know how it all went and asking us how to be of further service. He had some beautiful gifts for us, which showed his care for his guests. We knew that he was in constant contact with Anchal and the drivers with up to the minute information on how things were going on with us. In summary Sulekha Tours was the perfect combination for us in terms of services, knowledge, quality of the people that interacted with us and last but not least a great price. Without any doubt I recommend the agency and the offer to anyone that looks forward to travel in India with style and superb service. We for sure have began to plan another trip to India. One of the best trips I have had All accommodations were nice and comfortable with good breakfasts only thing that would have made it better is, if there was complementary WiFi provided at hotels. The drivers were excellent, very friendly and cooperative and were a pleasure to spend time with especially the driver in Kajharao. Most staff behaved very professionally, though there was a tendency for some to drag you to businesses of their friends and family the evening boatman in Varanasi was amazing. He took great pictures gave me a good ride and provided me an excellent spot to watch the aarthi and was very friendly and honest, I appreciated that Special Thanks to Nadeem and Mukesh in Khajrao and Anoj in Delhi. I absolutely recommend this tour company. I was on business in India and wanted at the end to take a short trip to see the Taj Mahal. I eventually worked out an arrangement with Mr. Anoj Verma of Su (Read More)lekha tours. He had arranged to pick me up at Delhi airport, and had a personal driver for me (Mr. S. Kumar) for four days, three nights. I got to Agra city, where the Taj is, and met with a local tour guide (Mr. Sanjay K.) who showed me around Agra as well as the surrounding areas, and who was with me the whole time. I then went to Delhi and was guided around by another person (named Mr. Rajesh K., who was not as good and thorough and attentive as Sanjay, but nonetheless allowed me to see as much of Delhi as I wanted under a tight schedule). All of this took place at a VERY reasonable, afforable price. I got to stay at terrific hotels, esp. the Royal Plaza in Delhi, which was clean and luxurious and had great food. I highly -- repeat, HIGHLY -- recommend Sulekha tours, and contact Mr. Verma. Ask for the same staff he assigned to me (except for the guide I had in Delhi) -- that is, ask for Mr. Kumar and Mr. Sanjay K. There were other tours I looked at but were just 'slightly' less expensive; however, realize that price and quality are correlated, and it is worth paying slightly more to get more attentive and experienced staff, who know their way around the cities, and stay at tidier and healthier places.

I had a chance to travel around Delhi-Agra-Taj Mahal with full package organized by Sulekha Tour including van, drivers, guides, hotel & etc. I can say that everything well organized with reasonable p (Read More)rice as per what we agreed earlier. The van is comfort with air conditioned, all the guides are polite and full of information about all the places we visited (Those who are into history will be very appreciated). Also, they took us to great restaurants with nice food and delightful ambient. Overall, we really enjoyed the time in India with Sulekha tour!
