Coordinating with the local travel agents, as Mountain Ice Trip coordinator not did their job well as i need to contact every local travel agents on my own and the hotel selection was very worst for the amount i paid, when i asked about the hotel selection, the agent simply told me that this only we will provide,
I understand that the hotels depends on my budget, but the for this budget this hot (Read More)el selection was done by the agent that was my complaint and when the issue comes the agent not even had the courtesy to attend my call and for the money he called me every time.

Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify a few important points from our side which perhaps were not included in your review from your side,
At the time of booking, (Read More) I had clearly shared multiple hotel options with you, including better properties. However, you chose not to go with those options and preferred a lower-budget package despite my repeated suggestions. I had already informed you that with a lower budget, hotel quality and services would be accordingly limited.
Even after that, we did not compromise on service. In fact, in Gangtok, I arranged a complimentary hotel room upgrade for you, which has not been mentioned in your feedback.
Regarding communication, out of approximately 58 calls, I personally attended around 54 calls. For the 4 calls missed which are only under the 3 minutes I could not pick at that exact moment, I am unable to attach screenshots here; otherwise, I would have shared them for better clarity, I always followed up with you on WhatsApp and stayed connected. At the same times, I was handling multiple guests simultaneously at the same time, but I still ensured proper coordination for your trip.
We were in regular touch every day during your trip, and everything was managed continuously until you safely reached home. During the journey, our conversations were smooth and friendly, and you yourself shared positive feedback daily about enjoying the trip.
Also, regarding payment, the complete payment policy was shared with you in writing before booking, and it was discussed clearly as well. However, out of multiple scheduled payment timelines, not even once during the trip was the payment made on time. Repeated reasons like network issues were given, which created unnecessary coordination challenges from our end.
Additionally, you expected to cover complete Gangtok sightseeing in a single day, including Tsomgo (Changu) Lake, local Gangtok sightseeing, and monasteries located on the opposite side of the city. Please understand that visiting Tsomgo Lake alone takes approximately 4 hours for up-and-down travel due to distance and hilly terrain.
Similarly, covering the monasteries on the opposite side also requires around 4 hours. Combining all these in one single day is practically not possible without excessive rushing, which directly affects the overall travel experience.
Moreover, Gangtok local sightseeing and the monasteries outside the city were not part of your original package. These were additional places that you chose to visit as per your own preference. Despite this, we still guided you properly and assisted you in planning and coordinating these visits. This support has also not been mentioned in your feedback.
A destination like Gangtok requires proper time to explore and enjoy. Trying to fit everything into one day is not feasible from a practical travel and logistics perspective.
It is disappointing that none of the positive aspects have been mentioned, and only selective concerns have been highlighted.
We always value genuine feedback, but it should reflect the complete experience. Still, we take your concerns seriously and will continue improving our services.
