Trip to Arunachal Pradesh

Excellent communication, service and follow up by Mr.Jugal Sharma .. Received services as per commitment..I highly recommend Holidayalong travels..
At one place, accommodation was not upto the mark.. Requesting to change it..

I recently went on a trip to Himachal and would not recommend them it due to the following issues: 1)The driver did not allow the customer seated in the front row to rest. Despite informing the Holid (Read More)ayAlong team, no action was taken. 2)The hotels provided were below standard. The property in Manali had poor maintenance. 3)We had serious issues with the AC during our trip. In Shimla and Manali, the afternoon traffic jams combined with the heat and pollution made things really uncomfortable, but the driver still refused to switch on the AC. I can understand keeping it off while driving uphill on steep roads, but when the car was stuck and not moving, it could have easily been turned on. When we reported this to HolidayAlong, their response was disappointing — they just said drivers are like that in that area and nothing could be done. Anyone planning to go should keep these points in mind before booking.

Overall, I had a very good experience with Holiday Along Company. A turn key solution was provided right from booking of tickets, hotels local sightseeing etc. Trip planning staff was well verse with (Read More) the itinerary , customer’s requirement, preferences etc.. Trip advisor/ Coordinator Mr. Jugal Kishore Sharma was very cordial and friendly while helping us out. Hotels provided and food served were reasonably good. Mr. Sharma was found concerned about our comforts and hassle free travels and stays during the entire trip
