He is a nice person. Booked nice hotels for us in both locations. Guided us well on which area should be considered for hotel booking, ho (Read More)w we should plan our tour so that we cover most of the sight-seeing places and have the best experience.
Initially we had concerns regarding the car that we got for our trip, but after having discussion, they understood my issue and arranged another car for us that was new and clean. Rest of the trip went very well. The driver that took us from Delhi to Mussoorie was very nice and friendly. He treated us very nicely throughout our trip and helped us explore Mussoorie the best possible way.
I would recommend Fly Destino for planning any vacation. They work hard to provide customers with best services.

It was our first time with fly destino and everything was really very good. Driver, car, hotels and our coordinator all were very remarkable. Driver was very punctual and was very kind and humble. Car (Read More) was in really good condition, we never felt discomfort. Our coordinator was always with our touch and attentive through all days of our tour.
The itinerary was completely followed as described. Driver was well known with the places we were visited.
I really hope we again make a trip with fly destino very soon.

Let me first assure you that we have been more than accommodative (Read More)towards all your requests from offering the same Hotels which you have approved at the time of Booking Confirmation as per your sett Budget. We don’t believe offering similar options to our clients as we are true to our promises, we were available 24*7 for your call and queries and everything was perfect as per your words till the Mussoorie Hotel, We understand that you did not like Mussoorie Hotel still we were able to manage to offer another property at around 10 PM, This hotel is twice the cost of your booked Hotel and even we have charged a small amount that you were agreed at that point of time, Rest God Knows how cooperative we were during your tour. We would request you please Don’t use stratagem to upgrade the Hotel being booked to costly one by giving Threat to put the bad Reviews, We thank you for the appreciation that you have given to the driver and also want to inform that he is also a part of the company.

We got our Kashmir trip of 8days and 7 nights designed by Fly Destino.. was very skeptical if it would be as expected or promised. I was astounded!! by the service, the accomodation was exactly as I n (Read More)eeded it to be or as briefed to the management. It was a truly memorable experience. Our stay was in 3star accommodation, however the hotel in Gulmarg and Boathouse was not less than a 4starer. The heating system and food arrangements were apt, even for that matter the transport was very well arranged wherein we had a designated vehicle and a chauffeur throughout our trip. KUDOS to Team Fly Destino for doing an exceptional job!! And for making our vacation a bliss!!

Firstly, i would like to thank Mr. Mayur Singh & Flydestino for organising such a wonderful & economical trip to Kashmir. Since we were travelling with an infant, we were a bit worried before starting (Read More) the journey. But Mr. Mayur and his team made sure that we were alloted good hotels, provided great food & a 24*7 car service with a driver so that we had a comfortable stay. Just one suggestion is that it would have been great if we would have been informed about the true rates for the tourist attractions in advance since there were a lot of scams. Amazing Himachal, Punjab tour.
We had planned a trip to himachal and punjab. We had taken care of a few stays given that we were club mahindra members. But we were still lacking choices and comfort for amritsar and dharmasala. A (Read More) friend of ours advised that we get in touch with Mr Mayur Singh, he would guide and help with the options available.
During the course of the interaction was amazed by the help and professional approach of Mayur. Decided to take help for booking the transport through them too. It was a wonderful trip , well organised by Mr. Mayur Singh. Hotel options provided were a value for money.
He kept in touch throughout the days of the trip. A special mention about the driver( Mr. Jagdish ) who though communicating only in Punjabi most of the time was very professional.
He was able to anticipate and show us the places well. We thank flydestino for the wonderful service and shall also be in touch for our future trips.

Let me first assure you that we have been more than accommodativ (Read More)e towards all your requests from the inception of the deal accepted by you. You have requested for multiple changes some of which include your luggage to be couriered back to Mumbai from Goa as you left it behind which by the way let me inform you has reached your desired destination. So while we have been more than helpful to match your high expectations it couldn't have been done without additional charges where one of them included changing from a 4 Star to 5 Star category hotel after bookings were confirmed, requesting for a 5 AM check-in time. Without getting into too many details Mr. Tiwari we have declined making changes to invoice particulars where inflated pricing has been requested by you. Once again we apologize for your experience but we couldn't manage the same with the budget option you set.

Well Guided tour from start to ends I was little in dilemma while booking the Package. but I was finally convinced by the Fly Destino team.
