We did a customized tour of Assam Arunachal Meghalaya with Bandhan tours. Was a good experience with Bandhan overall. Ms Ankita planned and executed our tour very well. She was constantly in touch wit (Read More)h us from the office and sorted out any issue we faced during the tour. The hotels provided were good (except at Bomdila) and served good food as was promised. The vehicle provided was new and in excellent condition. All add on tours like Bumla pass, Brahmaputra cruise, Kaziranga Safari were well coordinated. Just a couple of areas for improvement. The hotel at Bomdila, Dorshi Holiday Resort provided terrible service and should be avoided for all future tours. The Urbania driver was unfriendly and at times uncooperative. He often mislead us in terms of travel time and restaurant availability enroute.He even refused to take us to the hospital (which was just 1 km from our hotel) when my son took ill in Tawang at 9pm. I had to arrange an alternate vehicle with the hotel management for this.Having a cooperative driver is very important especially when there is no tour manager accompanying the group. Overall, was a memorable tour, well executed by Bandhan tours. Special thanks to Ms Ankita 😊🙏

Our tour to the Three Sisters (Assam, Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh) was truly, a memorable and wonderful experience with Bandhan Tours... The entire journey was perfectly planned, comfortable, and (Read More) full of joyful moments... All Destinations were beautifully covered with excellent arrangements and punctual scheduling... The hospitality, food, accommodation, and transportation were all outstanding... We cannot forget to remember and thankfully acknowledge our Force Urbania drivers who maneuvered the mountain roads with great ease making us feel safe and comfortable always... A special appreciation goes to the tour manager, Dhiraj Vaskar, for his dedication, exceptional guidance, friendly behaviour and caring nature throughout the trip. He made every traveller feel safe and comfortable and managed the entire tour with great professionalism, enthusiasm, and positive energy... We wish Dhiraj great success, happiness, and many more achievements in his future endeavours... It was my first time in group tour n we enjoyed a lot.Begining with Isha Mam she was polite n had answer to all my queries n Manali n Vivek too helped us out. Just visited Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya and Assam- 3 sisters of the NorthEast. Totally astounded at the development done in the arduous hilly terrain and inaccessible mountain region by the defence (Read More) forces (the Indian army), and especially the Border Road Organisation (BRO) to connect each remote village in this difficult region. The roads are a marvel, but the rides are a mite dangerous, especially with the ever present prospect of fog coming up on the roads all of a sudden. It's a tricky situation with incoming traffic and the zig-zag bends and curves. Arunachal Pradesh is a beautiful region always up in the clouds. When one is in the plains or valley , one envies the hilltops. But when one is amongst the clouds, we long to be back on the ground to the safety of the plain land Mumbaikars and most metropolitan city dwellers are used to. The only time I feel relaxed is when I am above the lofty clouds.. traveling 20000 feet above sea level in the aeroplane on my flight back home. Northeast India will take at least two decades to roll out a spectacular tourism option to the world. Until then, it remains dependent for its progress and development on the Indian army and the many tour operators that bring tourists from all corners of the nation to visit these wonderful places. Hope Northeast India returns the favour to the Indian nation in the coming days. About the Tour Operator Bandhan Tours. Let me emphasise that despite all the efficiency and precision of the back office personnel in sales , marketing, accounting and ground work preparation, the ultimate success of a tour lies with the actual implementation and execution on ground. And Bandhan Tours must be thankful to have Vaibhav Powar , the tour manager, for the overwhelming success of this particular tour. Vaibhav is definitely an invaluable asset to the company. His strict disciplinarian control over timely execution, his heart-winning nature, his quiet efficiency, and his networking with various people at ground level, whether it be the hotel staff, the driving team, the logistic support people, or the cultural show organisers, Vaibhav stands out as one of the best tour managers I have ever experienced. The drivers of both the Urbania vehicles were also quite proficient and well-mannered, and deserve compliments. All in all, it was a wonderful experience of 12 days with the 11 couples who created memories to cherish for a lifetime. Three cheers for the entire Bandhan Tours team, and especially for Vaibhav Powar. All the very best wishes for your long-term success !!
