4 Lakes Bike Tour, Zermatt Overview

Covering the 4 lakes namely Stellisee, Grindjisee, Grunsee and Moosjisee over a distance of just above 12 km, this 4 ALkes Bike tour has a lot to offer to the bike enthusiasts out there. It starts from Blauherd at an elevation of 2571 metres and ends at Sunnegga (2288 metres).

First on the route is Stellisee which offers a perfect reflection of the Matterhorn on clear and non-windy days. Feel like taking a little break? Head into the Fluhalp for a coffee and the mountain views from its terrace. The next stop is Grindjisee and then Grunsee, the latter provides not only the reflection of Matterhorn but other neighbouring peaks as well. The last lake en route is the Moosjisee which is quite different in colour from the other three, formed out of a glacier, it gives a cloudy appearance, from there you ride back to Sunnegga.
