Air Force Museum, Shillong Overview
The Air Force Museum, situated in the Upper Shillong area, is a brilliant display of the country's defence forces, especially the Air Force and its history. A great place for adults and children alike, the museum has aircraft models, pilot uniforms, miniature models of missiles and rockets, machinery, and technology demonstrations of the Indian Air Force Eastern Command, along with pictures from the Indo-China and Indo-Pak wars.
