What is the best time to visit Rethymno?
Rethymno is a place to visit all year round, but the best time to visit it is during the shoulder seasons of March to June and October to November. Summers in July and August are the warmest and Renthymno is packed with tourists while in shoulder seasons, less tourists are seen with water still suitable for swimming. Winter, from mid November to mid March experiences rainfall, which makes it a bit difficult to get around Rethymnon but it is still pleasant and visitable.
