Take a bus from Temple and reach Dhanushkodi. From there take a matador type car which costs around 150-160 INR head. Though a new road is under construction and hopefully will be operational by ne (Read More)xt year. Please visit the place early in the day to avoid the heat over the sands. The water and other stuffs near beach are a bit expensive.
