Pradhyuman Zoological Park is located near Lalpari Lake in Rajkot, Gujarat. It is commonly referred to as the Pradhyuman/Rajkot Prani Sanghralaya. The area covered by the park is 137 acres wide. Many locals and tourists visit this place as a popular picnic destination as an excursion or a school tour visit. The two lakes surrounding the park – Lake Lalpari and Lake Randarda provide a natural habitat for migratory birds along with the variety of flora and over thirty-five thousand trees. Timings and Entry Fee
Pradhyuman Zoological Park is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM throughout the week except for Fridays. The entry fee for children is INR 5, for adults is INR 10 and for foreigners is INR 50.
There is an extra charge for availing cameras and video-recorders inside the park – the fee is INR 200 for videos and INR 100 for pictures.
The best time to visit the park is from in-between February to June.

Pradhyuman Zoological Park is also referred to as Pradhyuman/Rajkot Prani Sanghralaya. The Rajkot Municipal Corporation maintains it.
In order for its visitors to explore the park at a leisurely pace, there are in-built sheds, lavatories and drinking water cubicles available. The restaurants and cafes act as much needed energy reserves that help explore the 137 acres wide patch of land. Pradhyuman Zoological Park is widespread with a varied species of flora and fauna. There are migratory birds that can be spotted if visited in the winter season. The major attractions of the park are wild cats like leopards, lions of Gir and tigers. Other animal attractions include crocodiles, chinkara, black-bucks, sambar and the four-horned antelopes. There aren’t a lot of species of birds apart from the migratory birds. However, the park houses parrot, sparrows and pelicans.
