The Pier-2 boathouse of Brooklyn Bridge Park is famous amongst celebrities and locals for it’s free for all and first come first serve kayaking sessions from June to August. Choose between a single or double kayak. If you have your own boat, you can launch it from Pier-4. Minors should be accompanied by a guardian at all times and you would be needed to fill a liability form before heading to the water. After a free boating session, one can head out to the park to have more fun at the skate rings or the playgrounds or take a look at other piers all in the same park.
