Osu Kannon Temple, Nagoya Overview
Ieyasu had this temple moved here in 1612, after its original Gifu site flooded once too often. The buildings are 20th-century rebuilds, but the library below the main hall holds over 15,000 classical texts, including the oldest surviving manuscript of the Kojiki.
