Noritake Garden, Nagoya Overview
Noritake's first porcelain factory stood here from 1904, and the red-brick kilns and chimneys still do. The grounds are free to walk; inside the Craft Center you watch bone china being thrown and painted, and can paint a piece yourself. It backs onto the Toyota Commemorative Museum and the two share a combined ticket, which is the sensible way to do them.
