The Owari Tokugawa lords retired to this estate, and the garden they left is a daimyo stroll garden of the full kind, with a central pond, a three-tier waterfall and a narrow ravine walk. It shares a site with the Tokugawa Art Museum, so the two are really one visit. A combined ticket with Nagoya Castle exists if you are paying cash.
