Kandy View Point, Kandy Overview
Located in the city centre, Kandy View Point sits at the town's highest point, with Kandy Lake and the Temple of the Sacred Tooth visible directly below.
It's a 10 to 15 minute walk up a steep path from the lake, so wear shoes with grip. Sunset draws the biggest crowds; early morning is quieter and gives clear views over the lake and temple complex. A few snack stalls and small shops line the final stretch of the climb.
