It can cost you anywhere between RP 260000 to RP 300000 for this ride which is of great worth owing to the scenic beauty and wild animals one sees on the way to the harbour. Then from Bangsal, take a public fast boat to Gili Trawangan which will cost you around RP 85000. The boat will take you to your destination in just twenty minutes.
However, should you miss the fast boat, you can stay there at Lombok for a night or hire a private boat for Rp 180000 per person.
The public fast boats operate 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. So, make sure you reach LOP maximum by 2:00 PM.

Hence, the best way to commute is on foot or by bicycle (rent for a bicycle is RP 50000 for a day or RP 15000 for an hour). Another means could be a horse carriage which is locally called cidomo.
