Genting Strawberry Leisure Farm, Genting Highlands Overview
Located in Bandar Gohtong Jaya, Genting Strawberry Leisure Farm is the biggest strawberry farm in Malaysia comprising of several fruit farm and flower gardens. It offers a wide range of organically produced fresh fruits and vegetables with over 10,000 plants.
The visitors can get their hands on fresh strawberries from the farm, pluck them from the orchards or purchase strawberries from the farm’s marketplace. One of the major attractions at Genting Strawberry Leisure Farm is the Lavender Garden fitted with a unique fountain and rows of blooming lavender.
Boxes of strawberries, strawberry candies, tins of strawberry juice and strawberry jam, all made of fresh strawberries can be purchased at the Genting Strawberry Farm store.

Exploring the Genting Strawberry Farm
- The farm is a chief producer of strawberries growing in large numbers on the farm. The visitors can take a stroll through the orchards, pluck strawberries at a cost and capture pictures with the colourful flowers.
- It is also a good opportunity to get enlightened about the process of the growth of strawberries from the start to the final product.
- A little up the hill is a Lavender Garden with its beautiful purple flowers blooming.
- A presentation of the process of making honey is illustrated in the Honey Farm along with honey being available for purchase.
- The Farm also houses a small section of abalone mushrooms, also referred to as King Oysters, in its Mushroom Farm for observation as well as purchase.
- In the adjoining nurseries, herbs, flowers, hydroponic vegetables and mushrooms are also planted for commercial use. The vegetables, mushrooms and flowers grown here are exported to different cities throughout the country.
How to Reach Genting Strawberry Leisure Farm
The visitors can take a taxi to reach the farm directly. Street parking is easily available.
The farm can also be reached on foot, turn left from the roundabout next to Hotel Seri Malaysia and keep walking till the end of the road to reach the destination.
