Hall of the Red Earl, located in Druid Ln, Galway, offers insights into some of the oldest archaeological remains in Ireland. This archaeological site dates back to the 13th century and since the forming of Galway City. There are several guided tours available. There is also a cafe onsite.
You can also see the 11,000 artifacts which were unearthed by the Office of Public Works in 1997.
