Tonyraka Art Gallery, Ubud Overview
Located in Mas, Ubud, Tonyraka Art Gallery has many artworks- from paintings and sculptures to wood carvings and installations. Established in 1948, the gallery displays the works of famous local artists such as Made Djirna and Erawan Nym. Housing tribal and contemporary art forms, the gallery is a must-visit for art connoisseurs.
The gallery showcases artworks of up-and-coming young Balinese artists while also providing a platform for established artists as well. Tonyraka Art Gallery also includes an Art Lounge where visitors can relax and eat food from their specially curated menu while gazing at the art that is also displayed at the lounge. The Lounge also conducts art workshops for those that are interested in picking up art as a hobby or as a profession.
