Ayutthaya City Park, Ayutthaya Overview

The biggest shopping complex in northern Thailand, Ayutthaya City Park is a sprawling modern complex in the city of Ayutthaya. Its contemporary design sets it apart, and it stands in sharp contrast to the quaint old charm of the rest of the town.   • If you are looking for some reasonably priced products, you can head to Robinson or Tesco.

The Futsal Area

The Futsal or Football area in this complex is called City Arena. This modern and well-designed field has ample space for various kinds of games. 
  • It is a FIFA standard artificial grass football field where 5 to 7 people can play comfortably.
  • The Futsal Area has the same kind of soft artificial grass as the one used in the practice field of the famous football team from the city, Ayutthaya F.C.
  • The court is durable yet not hard. This reduces shock and vibration when there is movement on it, be it balancing, running, sliding, stopping, or suddenly changing direction. It does not just look like a real turf it feels like one too. 
  • There are three indoor turf football fields in City Arena. Football and team shirts are provided by the arena, lending it more fun and authentic spirit.

  • Ayutthaya City Park is a wholesome family complex, the ideal family outing.
  • Most of the shops cater to one’s day-to-day needs. If you are looking for some unique souvenirs, you should look at other smaller shops in the city closer to the tourist attractions.
  • While the food is good, it’s not the best in the city. The pop-ups at the temporary events here serve much better and varied food than the regular food court. So if you spot an event going on, do check it out for the food as well.
  • You can pick up some great deals at the flea markets and night markets that keep taking place here. Even the products here might be more interesting than the regular departmental stores.
  • While getting out remember that the Tuk-Tuks are available at only one entrance, the one near Robinson.
