Thumpoly Church Feast
The age old St. Thomas Church dedicated to Blessed Virgin Mary not only boasts of striking architecture but is known far and wide for the its grand Church Feast. Every year, starting on the 8th of December, the church lights up for 11 days for the Immaculate Conception and a lavish feast is held. The idol of ?Our Lady? in the church is vibrantly done up which is called 'Kappal Karathi Amma' meaning 'the mother who came by ship.
