Marari Beach, Alleppey Overview

Marari Beach lies in the fishing village of Mararikulam, about 12 km north of Alleppey. It is a long stretch of clean sand backed by coconut groves, with local fishermen hauling in their catch each morning, and known for its quiet eco-resorts and Ayurvedic retreats. Visiting in August gives visitors a chance to see snake boat races on the nearby waters.
