    The only positive aspect of our entire hotel stay was the restaurant and its location.
    Regrettably, our stay at this purportedly 5-star hotel was deeply disappointing. Each of the four rooms we booked suffered from cleanliness issues, with the added distress of discovering bedbugs. The front desk team demonstrated a severe lack of customer service skills, making our experience even more disheartening. Such shortcomings in cleanliness and service don't reflect the standards one would expect from a 5-star establishment.

    Not worth the money! Paid for deluxe room which promised city view. The pictures used for promotion was false. We were offered a tiny sliver view of the city. It was way too expensive for an average stay and accommodation.

    Cosy and comfortable stay in a plush hotel admist the heart of the city
    Centrally located in the heart of the city and close to tourist attractions. Neat and clean rooms, well maintained wash rooms. Polite and courteous housekeeping staff. Buffet breakfast spread was good.
    Staff in dining area as well their managers seemed confused and unable to respond promptly for simple requests like placing glasses near juice / smoothies counter, or small bowls for yogurt. Each one passes the buck to another and thus keeping customer waiting. Placement of Veg and Non veg items together and close by needs to be relooked. eg Veg and non veg pastries were kept together, similarly veg and non veg sandwhiches were placed together. Reception desk wasn't helpful in terms of information on areas of tourist interest and city travel.

    It was overall a memorable stay. Thanks.
    The staff at the hotel were very courteous and cooperative. The room was neat, clean and well readied. The bed and bedding were really comfortable. Lighting is ample. We requested for a late check-out and a place to store our baggage after checkout and were allowed. Thanks for that. The breakfast had a good spread giving choices and good seating arrangements.
    Few minor suggestions: The ironing board in the room and hand spray in the wash room needs minor maintenance. Shower gel dispenser could have been replenished. At the restaurant, some items could have been warmer. Important: The mobile contact given on the website was not being attended by anyone.

    The stuff cooked me masala dosa even if it wasnt served for breakfast
    Came to check in 5am next day but the room was not ready and I had to wait for 30 min The room was upgraded though

    Dont choose this hotel if we need a good service and if we are looking only for interior means ok

    Worst worst worst experience ever face before from any hotels The hotel has no good staff except one Staff supervisor named Prabhu. I stayed for four days and its because of only that Prabhu. Only the staying expense and interior is good. All other staff and facilities is worst. If we need something means we need to bug to staff. If we are staying for more than one day means they will not provide bathroom kit. The bathroom is fully block and we called the staff to clear it. They never responded it and cleaned. After 2 days of repeatedly saying they came and repair. The restaurant session is also worst. We need to wait for plate glass and cleaned table too.. I got hair from food not only one piece all piece in that plate please dont choose this hotel if we need a good service and if we are looking only for interior means ok.
