Great location, nice pool. Bedding needs updating and so does the TV.

We liked the size of the room. We were staying with our twin boys so it was good to have a room that wasnt too small for the four of us.

The beds are old and the mattresses sunk in the middle. I think its a good idea to change them so that other guests will be more comfortable. A smart TV with netflix capability would also be a winner.

Maybe give this a skip!

For the price, it was semi passable... the breakfast was fair. The fact that we had an interconnecting room with friends was great. The location was also good! The room we had was apparently recently renovated.

The staff at check-in were very unfriendly and minimal customer service! 2 out of the 5 lifts were out of order and the stairs were locked from level 4 upwards so we couldn't use the stairs to our level 6 (this would be terrible in a fire)! Our room only had towels & glassware for 2 people even though we paid for 4! The room was tired and basic with no alarm and paint stripping on doors and lights faulty! The pool area is very tired and the upper level of seating is in a derelict state! The toilet ammentities servicing the gym and pool area were honestly disgusting, and that doesn't even touch how bad they were!! The breakfast was understaffed, and we had to wait a while to even be seated, let alone the wait for food top ups!! The whole place seems very understaffed and staff seem very tired and unmotivated!! Our experience was only enjoyable because of the friends we were with...
