Dont judge the book by its cover. i was not assisted with my parking and forced to park myself where the priority was given to other family onboarding. The food was not upto mark on the breakfast and by 9:30am everything was empty and took so much time to fill the breakfast. very disappointed as check in was at 2:00pm and yet i waited till 2:40pm

Food

We had booked a room for 3 adults. They gave a small room that hardly had enough space for the rollaway bed. On top of that, had a tough time getting them to send a rollaway bed. Reminded them 3 times since morning. They finally sent one in at 11 pm after they had offered to give a floor mattress and I said that was not acceptable.

Asked for a taxi to be arranged from front desk and was massively overcharged...2,000 for a 500 rupee trip. Had planned to return later in the week before that.
