I really enjoyed my time with Yo Tours. The team was professional and made sure everything was well-managed. The guide shared interesting facts and made the experience engaging. It was a relaxed and fun day, and I got to see and learn a lot. Would definitely go with them again in the future!

We booked 2 tours for Varanasi and paid in advance. Both tours were confirmed, but neither took place. We were not informed. The first time the hotline could not be reached, on the second tour we were only told at the pick-up time when we called that it could not take place because of a big festival. Then why was the tour even offered and confirmed??? Our daily plans were completely messed up. Ver (Read More)y poor customer service and poor organization! Now we are fighting for our money refund.

Dear Guest, unfortunately most of the roads were closed and instead of giving the half or bad experience we have refunded the tour as per our mutual agreement.
