Outstanding Ladakh Experience Had an amazing experience on the WanderOn Ladakh trip. The entire journey was beautifully managed, but a special mention has to go to our captain Abhishek and Arka. Ab (Read More)hishek is an exceptional captain — confident, energetic, and always motivating the team. What stood out the most was his determination to ensure that no one gave up or descended unnecessarily. He constantly encouraged everyone to push themselves, stay positive, and complete the journey together. That confidence and motivation made a huge difference, especially during the challenging stretches of Ladakh. Arka was equally supportive and played a great role in keeping the group together and making the trip smooth and enjoyable. Very knowledgeable person who explains clearly about each place. Overall, a fantastic experience with WanderOn. The breathtaking Ladakh landscapes were unforgettable, but the people leading us made the journey even more special. Kudos to Abhishek, Arka, and the entire WanderOn team! Highly recommended.

I had chosen WanderOn after seeing the positive reviews and considering their credibility. However, unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the services we received during our trip. After booking, th (Read More)e response time to our queries was quite slow, and we often had to wait a long time for assistance which is very irritating. We were also committed to receiving our bikes on the same day we arrived, but we ended up getting them only the next day, which caused inconvenience and affected our plans. After raising a complaint, WanderOn offered us 5k in WanderOn credits. While I appreciate the gesture, the credits are of no use to us as we do not plan to use WanderOn again, nor would we feel comfortable recommending their services to others based on our experience. Additionally, the taxi that was supposed to drop us at the airport arrived much later than expected, which added further inconvenience at the end of our trip. Overall, the experience did not live up to the expectations I had based on WanderOn's reputation and reviews. I hope the company takes the feedback seriously and work on improving its communication, punctuality, and service quality.
