Avoid WonderOn, especially because of their trip captains - Ronit, Abhishek, and Nadeem We recently completed their Srinagar–Leh–Manali bike trip, and it was a very poor experience. The bikes were po (Read More)orly maintained, and we had to deal with repairs almost every day. Riders were expected to maintain very high speeds on mountain roads, making it difficult for couples and safer riders. The most serious incident happened at Pangong Lake when my oxygen saturation dropped from 87% to 67%. Despite feeling extremely unwell, I was simply advised by the trip captains to take a paracetamol and sleep. Looking back, I feel I was lucky that the situation did not become worse as pther captain from other trip took immediate action to give me oxygen and descend me to Leh The captains did not care, my wife had to ask for oxymeter for route in case situation become worse, they gave one that was not working, they send one bike back with us just to get rid of it and save their money to send it back as it was not in good condition , they did not care if I reach hospital or not. In Nubra Valley, around 8 luggage bags were damaged during transportation. Instead of taking responsibility, the matter was pushed onto the driver, leaving travelers to deal with the issue. Request google to let us give zero stars exclusive for WanderOn That’s what they deserve, insensitive captains who do not care about anyone but themselves. Poor safety awareness, poor accountability, and poor leadership. Trip Captains: Ronit, Abhishek, and Nadeem.

Traveling to a high-altitude destination like Ladakh can be challenging, especially when traveling with family, but the entire trip was managed very professionally. The itinerary was well planned and allowed us to experience the true beauty of Ladakh, including Nubra Valley, Pangong Lake, Hanle, Tso Moriri, monasteries, and several iconic mountain passes. Every destination was unique and left us with unforgettable memories. I would especially like to thank Tanmay from the WanderOn operations team. Throughout the trip, he remained approachable, responsive, and supportive whenever we needed assistance. Whether it was answering our queries, helping with arrangements, or ensuring everything was running smoothly, he was always just a phone call away. His dedication and professionalism played a major role in making our journey comfortable and stress-free. Our driver was also excellent—safe, punctual, courteous, and highly experienced in navigating the difficult mountain roads of Ladakh. This gave us great confidence throughout the journey. What impressed me most was WanderOn’s commitment to customer care. Even in remote areas, we felt supported and well looked after. The team’s attention to detail and willingness to assist made our family trip truly enjoyable. I would gladly recommend WanderOn to anyone planning a trip to Ladakh. Must read!!!! If there was an option for minus stars, that’s exactly what this experience deserves. This has been one of the worst travel experiences we’ve ever had. How do you assign drivers who do (Read More)n’t even know the route to the hotel? We are spending hours every day riding bikes, only to be led into dead ends and wrong routes. At one point, we were stuck on the wrong road for nearly 40 minutes before someone finally shared the correct location, which was still 39 km away. The condition of the vehicles provided was unacceptable and dangerous. The bikes had barely functioning headlights, no parking lights, faulty horns, and were clearly not checked before being handed over. Even one of the support vehicles was operating with a non-functional headlight. In a place like Ladakh, where road and weather conditions can already be challenging, this level of negligence is unacceptable. There is zero coordination between the drivers, marshals, and operations team. Nobody seems to know what’s happening. Every day feels like complete chaos. We were promised bike delivery at 8:00 AM on the first day and only received them around 1:00 PM. Because of your company’s disorganization, we started late, reached late, and were forced to ride after dark. The delays and mismanagement continued throughout the trip. What exactly are we paying for? There was no puncture kit, no basic travel safety essentials, poor route planning, and no proactive support. If travelers have to figure everything out themselves, arrange alternatives, and constantly chase the team for information, then what service is WanderOn actually providing? The most frustrating part is the attitude. Instead of taking responsibility, your team behaves as if they are doing customers a favor. We trusted WanderOn to organize this trip professionally, but literally every major commitment made during booking has either been delayed, poorly executed, or not delivered at all. We have videos, photos, timestamps, chats, and location records to support every point mentioned above. A Ladakh trip should be about enjoying the journey. Instead, WanderOn turned it into a stressful exercise in poor planning, unsafe vehicles, and complete lack of coordination. We will never travel with WanderOn again and will never recommend their services to anyone.
