Experience of Rajasthan tour.
Our trip was planned starting from Jaipur and ending at Udaipur in March2020.It was cancelled due to COVID.I again planned in October this year.As per advice of Saptamita madam the trip was planned st (Read More)arting from Delhi to Delhi.It was a good advice.The travel route from Delhi to Pushkar to Udaipur to Mount Abu to Jodhpur to Jaisalmer to Bikaner to Jaipur was well planned.She was kind enough to adjust advance given by me for my cancelled trip.The vehicle provided was in very good condition and comfortable.The driver was also experienced and the area was well known to him.Hotels were good.She was in touch throughout our trip.We didn't face any problem during our trip.I recommend their name to others.

It was really a wonderful experience to visit Ladakh for me and my wife and that to pre arranged by Royal Indian Journey travel agent. It was just a Google search and I came across you guys whose firs (Read More)t conversation gained my confidence. After going through 7-8 travel agents finally decided to go with Royal Indian Journey's plan. Their manager Saptamita madam (i hope the name is correct) who gave us lot more details which were actually required if one is planning a vacation for a place like Ladakh. Then I made some advance till that time also I was skeptical about their service. But after reaching their and spending 2 days I became sure I have not made a mistake choosing them. They were able to deliver all the things they promised like the vehicle type, hotel quality, food quality, all passes, a good driver, all the places to see. I am very happy that they really provided me one of the best drivers of Ladakh other wise my travel could have been a nightmare. I am overally very happy getting their service and will not hesitate at all to suggest other interested visitors to take their service.

Saptamita, our travel advisor had made sure that our requirement for the specific choice of food, quality of accommodation and vehicle were taken care of very well. I haven't come across anyone who ha (Read More)s spent a lot of time looking for the type of accommodation, taken great interest and attention to detail in fulfilling her client's (our) specific travel needs (the pain which other travel operators didn't bother to take). She stayed in touch throughout the planning & execution of our trip and was always reachable to assist anytime we needed until we reached back home, which I appreciate very much! She was kind enough to get us a value for money package and upgraded our accommodation as well as vehicle, which made our trip a lot more convenient and enjoyable. Overall experience of a short trip to Kashmir through TRAVEL FUN UNLIMITED
Long story short:
1.Car,Hotel & Houseboats were quite luxurious.
2.The visiting spots selected were too enjoyable and the package was a highly value for money one.
3.Food,Sanitization and other rel (Read More)ated things were well maintained.

We booked a family trip for Udaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Bikaner and Jaipur. The trip was organized very well. The driver alloted to us was very good. And assistance was provided throughout the trip.

The only thing was that some instructions were not clear during the trip and we had to call and ask everytime. Other than that the whole arrangement was worth.

I would say this was one of the best trip I ever had , the great thing was the travel POC Shushovan who was available 24*7. I didn’t face a single issue and all the items were so well planned that I d (Read More)idn’t have to blink an eye for any need . All facilities were top class and the best was selected for the tour. Rajasthan tour
Trip to Jaipur, Jaisalmer, Udaipur, Jodhpur
Our 8 nights 9 days tour was good.
Except for the unnecessary road travel programmed by the company.
Jaipur to Jodhpur-Jaisalmer-Udaipur and Pushkar were the cities we covered in sequence.
What we (Read More) observed was Jaipur to Pushkar -Udaipur-Jodhpur and Jaisalmer in the last should be programmed for us.
There were Train or Plane options for us to com back to Delhi. Which I had suggested previously to the company adviser.
This would have saved our one day of travelling back to Udaipur from Jaisalmer.
Except for this
The bus was in a good condition,
The driver Mr.Devendra was a very decent man. Cooperated and adjusted with our family’s tour.
Hotels were good .
Breakfasts was tasty served in time
Dinners were served slow in Jaipur and Udaipur.
Rooms in Jaipur Hotel Sarang palace were too small.
Room service was good in all the places.
Jaisalmer camel safari ( itenary planned) was too short as long as a walking distance and costed us extra for a proper camel ride.
Udaipur boat ride ( itenary planned )was also not satisfactory. They took 20 people in a noisy steamer for a 15 minutes ride.There were other better options.
One positive thing Which is necessary to mention is that I left (forgot ) my jacket in our Pushkar Hotel Bhanwar Singh palace. I discussed this in hotel reception ph no. As they promised , I got the courier on the fifth day . Thanks to the hotel staff.

We had a tour through you by roal indian journey for jaipur.we faced trouble in hotel at mount abue and jodhpur though it was only by name 3 star. Not only this innova provided was not suitable for 6 (Read More)sr ctzns.we have to give extra money for changing car

Many thanks for your valuable reply to us , for hotel concern we are really sorry for that , because you and Promod Sir from 1st Day told us not changing any hotel which we suggest you, but you are (Read More) not satisfied with hotel , we are are sorry for that, and 2nd for Innova you expect 7 Seater Innova from our side but not inform us before travel, we give you 6 Seater Innova good condition you told us at the time of Jaipur visit, and as per your suggestion suddenly we change that car and for that case you not bare full amount we will bare some amount also.

Full payments has been made as per schedule, but till date we have no confirmation and formal receipt towards the full payments. Lack of professionalism. Travel Fun has delivered as they promised as per our agreement. They have booked hotels as we asked and all the hotels were reasonably good. There was only hitch on Tempo Traveller which was not upto (Read More)our expectation. The Tempo they sent was not latest model and not the one that we asked like leather seated ones. The driver of tempo was very cooperative and taking to all possible locations. Tour agent Sapthomitaji and Sushovanji were very sweet and flexible to our payments and requirements. Their friendly advise has helped us give confidence to book this deal.

Thanks for the well planned trip.
Here is our review for the benefit of other travellers and you (to improve)
- Felt cost bit higher compared to other operators after (Read More)meeting other tourists
- There was misinterpretation of user rating of hotel , we wanted 3* hotel and you booked hotels where users rated them *** . But you charged us for 3* hotel
- Out of 5 hotel - 1 hotel was good (udaipur) - 2 average (Jaipur and Pushkar) - 2 below average - (Jodhpur and Desert camp - dusty rooms, leaking bathrooms , etc bed / pillows / blankets were stinky not washed in both the places)
- Despite raising an alarm that Jodhpur hotel may not be good , u didn't take action
- Considering 8 hours spent in vehicle daily, vehicle could've been more comfortable. It was too hot and sunny , there were no curtains. You knew that we r travelling with kids.
- Driver should be friendly and accommodative
- Major attraction for kids was DESERT CAMP. I kept telling that , you increased the package price saying you are booking a very good one but it was average not even 2*. The owner accidentally revealed the price to us and we were shocked when we compared to what was charged to us.

But there would be many concern. Like running of vehicle. Choice of hotels, Travel duration ( Dussera). Ect. So please don’t compare to others.
You massage me the day you arrive Jaipur for Jodhpur Hotel (Madhuram Royale.) And of course we assure about the services. Also in same time request to inform us once you face any problem/difficulties in hotels or vehicle. But I didn’t receive a single call or massage regarding the driver or hotels . Whereas we were keep in touch with you from the beginning. All the time we get a message “ everything is fine”. Atleast we should get a chance to serve you better during the journey. We felt bad that despite of upgradation and so many communications we didn’t make you happy.
We didn’t charge anything extra for Desert camp from you before booking. It was same from the beginning. In desert camp the front office manager might ask you about the balance payment. That’s not full amount. And Somehow they won’t be able to meet your expectation. This is the first luxury camp in desert we use for our premium guest like you. We never get any complaint before. We decided to change the camp for sure.
Please note by transport rules curtain on vehicle window is not allowed in North India. It is punishable offence after Nirvaya Incidents. All our vehicle are commercial. We can’t take risk. I know it was long drive but sorry for this inconvenience.
We never use this driver in future.

Ladakh Trip

We had an excellent trip to Ladakh - thanks to the arrangements made by Sushobhan from Travel Fun Unlimited. He spent a lot of time with us prior to arranging the trip, understanding our needs very we (Read More)ll. Then went on to make an itinerary that was perfect for us.
He arranged everything on the trip - hotels / tents, car, permits. The hotels and tents were good; the driver was very experienced. He also suggested a travel route from Leh to Kargil via Batalik, which is not very well-known; but I would highly recommend that route to everyone - it was one of the most scenic drives I have ever seen.
Thank you Sushobhan. We will always cherish this trip.

We booked our trip for Varanasi Prayag Ayodhya Lucknow through travel Fun unlimited by sampita Choudhary.all is well except the hotel at Allahabad was in station campus where noise of station announce (Read More)ment and the entry was closed about a distance of 500 Meterand no arrangements for pick up drop of luggage
No courtesy of hotel management no lunch and dinner available after 3 and 10.30 pm
The driver was also not knowing the route in Lucknow Ayodhya Prayag KumbhVaranasi.not good.
Thanks to cooperation given by Sampita Choudhary coordinator and driver Javed Akhtar at Varanasi was good.overall nice trip

Good we enjoyed the trip and the arrangements was good but however accommodation at one location was worst ever. One point i would like to emphasize here is that driver should be improved on the dropp (Read More)ing and pick up points like to drop and pick up at the possible closest points considering the age factor (old age people)and problems of the travelers (suffering from leg pain). Tour prices seems to be slightly high when compared to other vendors with same package trip means which I had compared apple to apple or u can say like to like comparison. I confidently can refer this traveler for my friends and relatives with out any second thought.
