We had a truly wonderful experience with your tour agency throughout our entire trip. The service was excellent, and the team was always responsive and supportive whenever we needed assistance. When w (Read More)e requested to attend the boat race competition, everything was arranged seamlessly, and the person in charge at the event took exceptional care of us. Our driver was also incredibly helpful—he even managed to get us last-minute Kalari and Kathakali show tickets in Thekkady. We really appreciated how the team accommodated last-minute plan changes and handled the accommodation arrangements smoothly without any hassle. For improvement: When we made last-minute requests to visit Athirapilly Waterfall or arrange an airport drop-off, we were informed that additional charges would apply, so we chose not to proceed. While we completely understand that this is part of business operations, a bit more flexibility in such situations would further enhance the overall experience. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the trip and are very thankful for the great service and hospitality. The team’s efforts truly made our journey memorable, and we would happily recommend your agency to others. ?
