I booked flights through Travelboots for 4 passengers. On the travel day, the booking they claimed to have made did NOT exist. Their agent asked me to buy a new Air India ticket worth ~₹68,000 and pro (Read More)mised a refund within 24 hours. It has now been almost 3 months. They refunded only ₹22,500 and stopped responding properly. I call daily; most calls are ignored. I have submitted complaints and have all proof. This has been the worst travel experience I’ve had.

Please be careful before booking with this company. My flight was not actually booked, and I had to buy another ticket for nearly ₹68,000. My booking with Travelboots turned into a 3-month chase for a refund. The original flight was never provided, and I had to buy a ₹68k replacement ticket. They committed to refunding the full amount in (Read More) 24 hours but only refunded a small portion. Most calls and messages go unanswered. This is not how a travel company should operate.
