• Trip to Tawang, Kaziranga National Park
We had Rumi as our representative. She was very cooperative and guided us throughout the trip. The driver provided to us, Moonji was also very very kind. We are totally satisfied with our trip. All the hotels provided by the agency had good rooms and very kind staffs. We had the liberty to choose from options given by them for those hotels. Rumi also provided us with numbers of two Pandas who help (Read More)ed us give pujo in Kamakhya temple in a smooth way. Altogether we really enjoyed our vacation, and would definitely recommend Inderoots Travel to everyone.
In Tawang, we were not provided with the same room that was shown to us while booking in the hotel JD house. Although after much talking and communication to clear it out, they cooperated and provided us with that room. They tried their best to suit our needs.

As you may recall, our team had initially recommended a 3-star facility for better comfort, but we respected your request to go with a 2-star option to optimize costs. Even then, we tried our best to book well-reviewed properties, including an AC room at Bhalukpong within the 2-star category.

More than profits IndeRoots strives to make customer requirements fullfill, along with it they make sure to resolve issues if any thing happens or if there is change in itenary from customer they make it possible, even if it's last moment
Need to be aware of local issues that occurs in hilly areas(two or three places in itenary were closed due to local problems). Along with it, one guy (tele caller representative) whom we spoke to is good with resolving issues but he should speak politely with customers when there is problem.
