We always believe to do our work with honesty and dedication, your review mean to us a lot, let's show some honesty, whatever Services we have committed at the time of booking, we offered you exactly the same, Same Hotels/ Room Category, Vehicle which you have approved, and a dedicated expert to revert your queries 24*7, Here we try our best not to bother you during your trip, we talk to the hotels themselves every day to see how things are going, talk to the drivers to make sure everything is okay, if you have any requests we don't think twice about filling it, We tried to find out by talking to you that if there is any problem, we are ready to resolve it, you said everything is okay. Taking your review as positive, we will improve our services further

We are really sorry for the way you feel Mrs. Baig Please accept our sincere apologies towards any unforeseen events during the trip. Let me first assure you that we have been more than accommodative towards all your requests from offering the same Hotels which you have approved at the time of Booking Confirmation as per your sett Budget. We don’t believe offering similar options to our clients as we are true to our promises, we were available 24*7 for your call and queries and everything was perfect as per your words till the Mussoorie Hotel, We understand that you did not like Mussoorie Hotel still we were able to manage to offer another property at around 10 PM, This hotel is twice the cost of your booked Hotel and even we have charged a small amount that you were agreed at that point of time, Rest God Knows how cooperative we were during your tour. We would request you please Don’t use stratagem to upgrade the Hotel being booked to costly one by giving Threat to put the bad Reviews, We thank you for the appreciation that you have given to the driver and also want to inform that he is also a part of the company.

We are really sorry for the way you feel Mr. Tiwari. Please accept our sincere apologies towards any unforeseen events during the trip. Let me first assure you that we have been more than accommodative towards all your requests from the inception of the deal accepted by you. You have requested for multiple changes some of which include your luggage to be couriered back to Mumbai from Goa as you left it behind which by the way let me inform you has reached your desired destination. So while we have been more than helpful to match your high expectations it couldn't have been done without additional charges where one of them included changing from a 4 Star to 5 Star category hotel after bookings were confirmed, requesting for a 5 AM check-in time. Without getting into too many details Mr. Tiwari we have declined making changes to invoice particulars where inflated pricing has been requested by you. Once again we apologize for your experience but we couldn't manage the same with the budget option you set.
