The service provided by Eastbound Journeyz is par excellence. Sarita Rani and her colleagues take a personal interest in the customer. Every detail is seen to and followed through. They stay in consta (Read More)nt contact and no request is too big or too small to be honoured. We had an issue with the driver on the onset of the trip and when I pointed it out to Sarita the driver was changed immediately. Therefore one word of caution to Eastbound Journeyz - please use transport companies that share the same work ethic and values as you do otherwise the name of your company gets tarnished!!! I have used their services twice in two years, and will be doing so again this year!!

Our consultant Sarita was so friendly and competent, she really went the extra mile ensuring all our needs were met at the most reasonable (Read More)prices. She took care of our internal flight bookings, registrations etc. Our designated driver Karthik made our journey all the more enriching, he is fluent in English and serves as an excellent tour guide. I travelled to Kolkata and Sunderban National Park with my son (his First Visit to India) over the Christmas holidays and stayed at the Sunderban Tiger Camp Dec 30 thru Jan 04. Tiger sighting is extre (Read More)mely difficult, especially in winter months but we did see several species of birds, monkeys, Langur, spotted deer, Salt water Crocodiles, and giant lizards etc. Our boat safari in the Sunderban mangrove delta, which is the largest mangrove delta in the world and home to Bengal Tigers. On the day of our private boat ride we experienced unusually heavy rain, which added a lot of excitement to the overall experience of the boat ride. Awesome experience at the resort. Accommodations at the resort were excellent considering the remoteness of the location and the service was exceptional. East west travel worked with us diligently to come to a perfect agenda for the tour. They were very flexible and easy to work during the planning and travel. They kept in touch with us on a daily basis to enquire about the tour highlights and were there to assist with any issues if necessary.
