Pathetic experience. No professionalism, no accountability, and no respect for customers. They just want money and don’t deliver what they promise. Please think twice before booking with them.

This tour and travel company is very poor and unprofessional. They suddenly stopped our Urbania vehicle during the trip, which caused serious inconvenience. This company is not safe for families and c (Read More)an be dangerous for anyone traveling with them. I strongly recommend not choosing this tour and travel company.

Very disappointing experience with DS Travel. Poor service quality and lack of professionalism. Promises were made but not fulfilled, and communication was extremely slow. Would not recommend.

The trip turned out to be a really bad experience for me. What was supposed to be relaxing became stressful from the very beginning. There were constant delays, poor planning, and a lack of coordinati (Read More)on, which wasted a lot of time and energy. The place was overcrowded and didn't match what was promised, and basic facilities were either missing or poorly maintained. Because of all this, I couldn't enjoy the journey or feel comfortable at any point. Instead of making good memories, the trip left me tired, disappointed, and frustrated, and I honestly wished it had ended sooner.
