Hario Radio Towers, Sasebo Overview
Three concrete towers of 136m, built in 1922 to transmit to the Imperial Navy fleet and set in a triangle wider than the towers are tall. Entry to the base and the small exhibit is free, but the site is volunteer-staffed and opens only 09:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:00, so an afternoon arrival can find the gate shut.
