Twin Pine Casino is situated in the southern part of Lake County Wine region and the North of Napa Valley in Middletown, California. This casino was established in 1994, and it is run by Middletown Rancheria of Pomo Indians. Over the years, it expanded to a developed casino and a three-story hotel. It is a premium casino in the wine country. The decorations are as per the winery theme, and they host several wine events and celebrations across the year.

The casino features more than five hundred slot machines, 12 gaming tables, Poker, and Blackjacks. Also, there are lots of Big Jackpots. This casino measures about 10,000 sq. ft.
