Q. What are the problems regarding tourism in Pasighat?

Pasighat is a good place for eco-tourism with its picturesque landscapes of mountains, rivers and endless greenery. Commercial tourism is not a strength for the villages of North-East India, which is a good thing. If you want to visit Pasighat for luxury hotels, nightlife and a cosmopolitan vibe, then this is not the place for you. Being a slightly less developed area, issues like lack of connectivity and power cuts can hamper its popularity. Despite this, Pasighat still sees a lot of footfalls from backpackers, nature-lovers, photographers, and people looking to escape the noise of the city, relaxing and recharging amidst the breathtaking scenery of this gorgeous area. The village is also world-renowned for its sustainable agricultural practices and unique fish farming techniques.
