Harukas 300, Osaka Overview
Harukas 300 takes up floors 58 to 60 of Abeno Harukas, the 300 metre tower above Tennoji station that opened in March 2014 and held the title of Japan's tallest building until Azabudai Hills Mori JP Tower passed it in 2023. Floor 60 is a glass-walled corridor running the full way around all four sides; floor 58 opens to the sky, with a wooden deck and a cafe under a void that climbs two storeys. Doors open 9:00 to 22:00, last entry 21:30.
Admission is 2,200 yen for visitors aged 15 and over and 900 yen for ages 6 to 14, with a 10 percent discount on tickets bought online in advance and free entry for under sixes. Add-ons include a glass floor section and EDGE THE HARUKAS, a harnessed walk along the building outer edge, ticketed separately. The address is 1-1-43 Abenosuji in Abeno-ku, directly above Tennoji station, which makes it the easiest tall-building view in Osaka to reach. Late slots are worth choosing: the plain below stays lit to the horizon.
