Arnold Palmers Bay Hill Club and Lodge has everything from dining to spa and fitness, tennis court to marina and the golf course that has Challenger, Champion and Charger links for beginners and professionals alike. Established in 1961, this 27-hole private course was designed by Dick Wilson (first 18 holes) and Bob Simmons (9 holes after Wilson’s death) and it sprawls over 270 acres between Butler Chain of Lakes and Bay Hill.
Any registered guest of the 69-room lodge can access the golf course that is open from 7 AM till dusk, the driving range and short game practice area that are open from 7 AM till 6 PM while the golf shop is open to the public from 6:30 AM till 6 PM daily. With gratuity, rental of Forecaddie costs USD 40 for two players, single-bag (walking) costs USD 100 and double-bag (walking) costs USD 80. Ship Sticks are offered for picking-up and dropping-off your luggage and the golf academy offered different sessions according to skill level.
