Sa Calobra, Majorca Overview

Sa Calobra is amongst Mallorca’s most famous tourist hotspots. Its intriguing location, dramatic surroundings and gorgeous beach have been inspiring artists for many decades. This beautiful region forms a rare cove at the head of a gorge of the Torrent de Pareis.

You are initially welcomed by an extremely compact 30-metre stony beach with pristine turquoise and emerald waters. The beach area is surrounded by some great restaurants as well serving austere regional and seafood delicacies. The journey till here is also as equally revered as the site and its offerings. The 9.5-kilometre climb is among the iconic cycling routes and wears down even enthusiastic cyclists well. But the views it offers along the climb and the welcome given by Sa Calobra’s beauty make it all worth it.

Must Know Before You Visit Sa Calobra
