We had a wonderful experience with Javed from Wow Kashmir! He is a great tour operator and, more importantly, someone who actually listens to what you want from (Read More) your trip.
We had reached Srinagar around 11 AM on our first day and wanted to cover all the gardens before our Shikara ride at sunset. Javed was completely open to the idea and planned the route so well that we managed to cover all of them and still reach in time for the Shikara ride. The timing worked out perfectly!
What we really loved was how he paid attention to the little things we were interested in. We wanted to experience Kashmir through its food as well, so he sweetly got us Noon Chai and traditional Kashmiri breakfast bread from his own home. He also helped us find really fresh trout, took us to a great place to try Kashmiri Wazwan, and helped us get some lovely apples.
Javed doesn't just follow an itinerary. He listens, understands what you are looking for, and genuinely tries to add those little experiences that turn a trip into a collection of memories.

The involment and interaction of tour operator. Both the hotel accommodation at (Read More)Srinagar and Pahalgam. The Houseboat stay at Dal Lake. The driver cum guide Mr Arman's helpful and pleasant behavior. Meticulous planning and stick to schedule.
Overall happy
The Houseboat though good food was lousy. Attender cum cook was not available on (Read More) call many occasions.
Trip to Dhoodhpatri was dropped from schedule.
The car arranged after 3rd day was uncomfortable for three backseat passengers to travel long distance

We had a wonderful experience during our trip to Kashmir from 25th September to (Read More)30th September 2026 in a group of 6 persond. Our trip was skillfully planned and customized by Ms Aafreen of Velmora Holidays who was very supportive throughout and helped in respects whenever needed. She was always ready to attend our calls and provide assistance.
The driver Mr Aqib Bhai also entertained us through out our trip.
We were provided Hotel Siddeeq Palace which is a nice hotel. All the staff in the hotel are honest and attentive. But there are some issues in the food quality of the restaurant of the hotel.
We all enjoyed the trip to our best.
There is need of improvement in the food quality of the restaurant.
