When I raised the issue, the Travel Pedia manager simply responded by saying, “The room has just been changed.” It seems Travel Pedia expects customers to verify the room type on their own, even when clear assurances were given during the booking. I feel this is misleading, and travelers should be cautious and insist on written confirmation of room details before finalizing any bookings with them.
